We are building a team that will help grow Elegant Clutter’s art and sculpture business in the hospitality industry on a global scale. If you think you have the imagination and passion to make a difference and fancy working in a dynamic and creative environment then please get in touch.

About the Role:

Build and develop our client base across the hospitality, leisure and emerging sectors by identifying projects where the company’s full range of products and services can be sold profitably. Forge strong relationships through regular telephone, face to face meetings and events to secure repeat business with designers, contractors, operators and brand owners. A key focus will be on the higher end clients requiring the fee based Art Consultancy services of Elegant Clutters in-house Art Story team.

  • Consult with potential clients on suitable artwork solutions and concepts and cleanly handover to Project Management for ongoing delivery.
  • Support Project Management in the conversion of all enquiries to design intent, quote and purchase order using best practise CRM processes.
  • Work with other team members to build a structured client networking programme through attending relevant events and exhibitions as well as hosting your own social events.
  • Build a lucrative customer database using your own established networks, industry construction data, desk research and cold calling to qualify pipeline opportunities.
  • Generate own leads to secure new business appointments for two to three days of the week.
  • Ongoing follow up of all created opportunities to secure meetings and project briefs for the Project Management team.
  • Follow the latest trends in interior and hotel design to keep abreast of developments so that we are seen as experts in the field of artwork.
  • Provide insight and feedback to Elegant Clutter on what products and services are required in the industry to inform our new product development strategy.
  • Develop an understanding of our competitors and share any insights required to help compete against them.
  • Work with the Creative Director to develop and maintain a comprehensive image bank of design intents and completed projects to use in presentations, digital marketing (incl Social Media) and design intent proposals.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral to position Elegant Clutter as a professional company and to help grow its awareness.
  • Work with other team members to specify and develop a suitable CRM process.
  • Willingness to travel to our studios in Warwick, nationally and internationally including the occasional project site visits.

Experience:

  • Self-motivated and stimulated by a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder and be at ease in all business and social situations
  • We are looking for team players who take ownership of their projects and clients and will always find a way to succeed.
  • Driven by the opportunity to progress professionally, personally and financially.
  • Creatively minded but with the ability to digest, analyse and work with numbers.
