Terms and Conditions for

Optional Photography Package as part of DESIGN IN FOCUS.

By signing up for the additional photo package as part of your session at Design In Focus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Photo Package Details

The photo package includes 80-100 professionally edited images per participating member company.
The images will focus on capturing key highlights of the event, including panel discussions, workshops, audience engagement, networking moments and the overall event atmosphere. They will also prominently feature your branding alongside Commercial Interiors UK’s branding.

2. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally via a secure link no later than 12-16 hours after your session.  
For images taken for the morning and lunchtime sessions, this will mean delivery of images the same day. Images from evening sessions will be delivered the following morning.

3. Usage Rights

Participating members are granted permission to use the photos for their own marketing, promotional and commercial purposes immediately after the event.
Commercial Interiors UK retains the copyright to all images.
Members may not resell or sublicense the images to third parties without prior written consent from Commercial Interiors UK.

4. Booking and Payment

The cost of the photo package is: £375 per session.
The additional photo package must be booked in advance and confirmed prior to the event.
Payment for the package is required in full at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the session is cancelled by Commercial Interiors UK.

5. Event Coverage

The photography team will follow the outlined brief to capture:

Panel discussions and workshops, including close-ups of speakers and wide-angle shots of the stage.
Images taken in both portrait and landscape.
Audience engagement, such as active listening, participation, and interaction.
Networking and mingling moments before and after sessions.
The unique atmosphere of the venue, including the member’s branding and signage next to Commercial Interiors UK’s branding.
Member demonstrations and interactions with attendees.

Members are encouraged to share specific photography requests in advance. Please note that we reserve the right to decline requests deemed unreasonable.

6. Liability

Commercial Interiors UK and its photographers are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the images.
By purchasing tickets for the session, participants consent to being photographed during the event, as explicitly stated and agreed upon in the booking form.

7. Agreement

By signing up for the additional photo package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
