What members say

"The Luncheon is a always a standout event in the design social calendar!"
David Bromell, Head of Marketing, Sixteen3

“To speak to people within that five-hour event is so beneficial. Normally, it can take me months to get an introduction or a foot in the door.”
Jon Watts, Senior Key Account Manager, EGGER

How to make the event work for your business

The Annual Luncheon is most valuable when members use it strategically. We recommend thinking early about the clients, prospects or key contacts you would like to invite.

You may wish to invite:

  • A client you would like to thank
  • A prospect you would like to develop
  • A designer or specifier you would like to spend more time with
  • An operator, developer or procurement contact
  • A project contact you would like to reconnect with
  • A key industry contact who would benefit from meeting your team and the wider CIUK community

Inviting guests as soon as your booking is confirmed gives you the best chance of securing the people you would most like to attend and reduces the risk of dropouts.

Flexible booking options

You do not need to book a full table to attend. Full tables of 10 and 12 are available in limited numbers, and flexible ticket allocations are available for members who would like to attend with a smaller group.

Where members book smaller groups, shared tables are carefully planned with relevant, non-competitive companies wherever possible. This can be a valuable way to meet new contacts, expand your network and build relationships across the CIUK community.
