Commercial Interiors UK’s flagship event of the year returns to the prestigious Royal Lancaster, London on Thursday 19th November 2026.

Bringing together accredited members, trusted suppliers, guests and sector leaders, the Annual Luncheon is one of the most valuable relationship-building moments in the commercial interiors calendar. It offers members the opportunity to reconnect with the CIUK community, strengthen client relationships, generate new business conversations and raise their visibility within the sector.

For companies looking to develop leads, entertain key clients, reconnect with existing contacts or meet new prospects in a relaxed and professional setting, the Annual Luncheon provides a highly effective platform for business development. The event creates the right environment for meaningful conversations that can continue long after the day itself.

The afternoon begins with welcome drinks, offering an immediate opportunity to meet fellow members, guests and industry contacts. Guests are then invited into the main ballroom for a three-course lunch, speeches, the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award and live entertainment. A cash bar continues into the evening, allowing attendees further time to network, build relationships and make valuable new connections.

Table Details:

We have limited full tables of 12 and 10 available. If you miss out on a full table, we will spilt your tickets across 2 tables which will be shared with other non-competitive members and your tables will be located next to each other. You are not required to purchase a full table. Members can book from a minimum of two tickets or more if they choose.

This event is non-refundable once booked. Tickets are valid only for the specific event for which they are purchased and cannot be transferred to other events or future dates if guests can't attend. 

To ensure that Commercial Interiors UK events are attended by our members and designers, specifiers, operators and industry leaders, members must purchase tickets for both themselves and clients/guests.  Members MUST allocate at least half the places purchased to clients/guests and a guest list is required prior to the event to confirm this. If on the provision of the guest list, it is found that only members staff are attending, these tickets will be cancelled without refund. Full event rules can be found here.

A guest list of attendees will be provided after the event. This will include the names and company names of all who attended but will NOT provide email addresses.
