Chris Ellis

Chris is a board level Commercial Director with a consistent track record of business delivery. He has a broad range of experience across a range of commercial disciplines, FMCG portfolios and channels. His career in the drinks Industry spans 25 years with William Grants, Holsten UK & Pernod Ricard, leading teams of up to 175 people. His extensive experience in customer management combined with his passion for people development makes Chris a highly valued member of the KAMBridge team. In addition to his work with KAMBridge, Chris consults across a range of businesses from start up to multi nationals, also holding 3 Non-Executive Director positions. 

Ian Minichiello

A former Sales Director, Ian jointly founded KAMBridge in 2012, a management consultancy specialising in sales capability and leadership development. Prior to KAMBridge, he enjoyed 25+ years of success leading commercial teams and managing customers in businesses including Diageo, Pernod Ricard and Constellation Wines. Ian is passionate about helping people develop their capabilities and is fully committed to clients’ success. He works with a range of organisations across numerous industries driving improvements in performance through people.
