After 33 fantastic years of business, it was time for a fresh, new look to modernise Protocol’s image while building on the legacy of our success.

Our new identity is a contemporary reflection of our missions, values, and vision. While we remain the same dedicated team behind the brand, we are excited to share our plans for growth and innovation with you.

We are taking a new design led, people-focused approach and are committed to delivering unique furniture solutions that are innovative, sustainable and tailored to our clients needs.

Our new look

We aimed to create a visual identity that resonates with both existing and potential customers. Our new logo represents who we are as a company – modern, forward-thinking, and people focused.

Our colour palette is contemporary, warm, bold and plays a important role in establishing our unique personality. The sleek typography used in our brand materials reflects our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Brand new website

Our new website features a modernised design, clear navigation and improved functionality as well as:

  • New wish list and request a quote function – create a wish list to group product ideas together for specific projects and request a personalised quote easily from our website
  • Detailed product information – we have added additional information to each product to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. You can now view lead times, weights, box volumes and sustainability properties
  • Download data sheets, instruction and 2D/3D files easier without the need to log in!
  • New brochure page where you can download digital copies of our latest brochures
  • New landing pages to demonstrate how we transform spaces across various sectors. Each sector page has products suited for the environment, projects we have worked on and client feedback
  • New collections of furniture to speed up browsing – you can view eco-friendly, premium, quick lead time and bespoke products. New collections will be added as furniture trends emerge!
  • Dedicated pages for bespoke capabilities and corporate social responsibility
  • Improved search functionality – search by keywords, product names and sectors
