Mental Health During Challenging Times – Support Your Staffs’ Wellbeing (Recording)

As a manager these are challenging times - you will want to help your staff to remain healthy, positive and motivated and teach them how to support others. Members of your team may well have had to adjust to being furloughed or have had to adjust to working from home, all of which can lead to stress or tensions. The return to work although welcomed by most can also bring its own stresses, whether that is because of another change to working practice or concerns about health risks in the work place and in their commute.

These unprecedented changes in social contact, the psychological stress associated with loss of social identity and changes in routine is manifesting in challenges to the general sense of wellbeing. It can be difficult for businesses to know when and how to support individuals in crisis.

The BCFA teamed up with the Mental Health Training UK to host a FREE one hour virtual mental health workshop to explore these issues.

Speakers:

Alyson Pellowe – Managing Consultant of Mental Health Training UK – 20 Years in the field of Learning and Development
