Clerkenwell Design Week 2025 brought together the very best in commercial interiors — and Commercial Interiors UK (CIUK) was proud to play a central role once again.
At the heart of our activity was the latest edition of the CIUK Member Map, an essential resource for navigating the festival’s packed schedule. This year’s map featured 24 member showrooms and 15 venue-based participants, spotlighting the UK’s most innovative commercial interior brands and helping thousands of visitors connect directly with our members.
To further champion our members and the depth of talent within our community, we introduced the ‘Find CIUK at Clerkenwell’ programme — a curated series of five headline events covering key topics including workplace trends, sustainability, hospitality design, and the power of storytelling.
The CIUK Member Map
Visitors used our map to explore the showrooms of industry leaders such as Camira, Humanscale, Panaz, Herman Miller, Ege Carpets, Boss Design, Hansgrohe, and many more — all showcasing cutting-edge product launches and future-facing design solutions. Alongside our showroom members, CIUK members could also be found in key venues across Clerkenwell, including Project, Detail, Light, and Design Fields.
See the full list of participating members below.
To celebrate their contributions, we toured each CIUK member showroom and venue, photographing standout displays, product launches, and creative installations. These images are now featured in our Photo Collages, capturing the energy and innovation that defined this year’s festival.
CIUK Events That Sparked Dialogue
Our involvement in five talks throughout the week brought together global design leaders and commercial interiors experts to share ideas, debate industry challenges, and explore the future of design. These included:
- Conversations at Clerkenwell: Design and Narrative (The Charterhouse) - A thought-provoking panel on the power of storytelling in design, featuring voices from Note Design Studio, Cole & Son, String Furniture, Trifle* and more.
- Material Impact: Designing with Purpose (Ulster Carpets) - A collaboration between CIUK members exploring sustainable materials and their value in hospitality design, with panellists from IHG, Studio Moren, and RIBA.
- The Hospitality Crossover (Ege Carpets) - A deep dive into hybrid design needs across work and hospitality spaces, featuring design leads from Accor, Gensler, Conran and Partners, and Perkins&Will.
- New Horizons for Workplace Design (Humanscale) - The official launch of CIUK’s Workplace Sector Report, authored by journalist Helen Parton, unveiling fresh insights into workplace furnishing trends. Find out how to access the report here.
- The Importance of Colour and Biophilia in the Workplace (Wagstaff & Umbrella) - A discussion on how natural design elements and intentional colour choices support wellbeing, with experts from YesColour, Extremis, and Plantplan.
Each event was not only well attended but sparked meaningful conversations and fostered new professional connections — a testament to the strength of our community and the relevance of the chosen topics.
