Aquarius Interiors, the Coventry-based interiors specialist, has announced its strongest year to date, driven by significant growth in its commercial division and continued expansion into international markets.
The company, founded in 2014 by Warren Offer and his wife Pam, has evolved from a home-based start-up into a multi-site operation delivering large-scale interior solutions across the marine, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
In 2025, Aquarius Interiors achieved a record number of projects, expanded its workforce, and relocated to a larger facility at Pilot Business Park in Coventry to support increased production capacity. The business also marked five years of its flagship retail showroom in Kenilworth, which continues to complement its commercial offering.

Expansion in Marine and International Markets
A key driver of growth has been the company’s work within the global cruise industry. Originally securing its first contract on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, Aquarius Interiors has since built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality soft furnishing solutions across international fleets.
Over the past 12 months alone, the company has delivered projects on more than 30 vessels worldwide, with installations spanning regions including Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia.
Recent projects include the manufacture and installation of over 600 curtains and sheers and over 100+ blinds on board the Celebrity Solstice in Singapore in February this year, as well as large-scale fit-outs across suites, cabins, and public spaces on multiple cruise ships.
Aquarius Interiors now operates a vertically integrated model, with in-house manufacturing enabling products to be produced in the UK and delivered globally as fully prepared installation packages—an approach that has strengthened its competitiveness in the marine interiors sector.

Strengthening Commercial Portfolio
Alongside its marine work, Aquarius Interiors continues to grow its presence in the UK hospitality sector. Recent projects include installations at the Holiday Inn in Kenilworth and Brownsover Hall Hotel in Rugby, further demonstrating the company’s capability across hotels and leisure environments.
The business specialises in bespoke window treatments, including curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings, tailored to meet the functional and aesthetic demands of high-traffic commercial environments.
Investment in Infrastructure and Capability
To support increasing demand, Aquarius Interiors has invested in larger premises and enhanced production facilities. The move to Pilot Business Park enables the company to scale manufacturing operations, improve logistics, and support simultaneous multi-site project delivery.
This growth builds on earlier expansions, including the development of its Baginton showroom and workshop, followed by a dedicated head office and storage facility, reflecting a consistent strategy of reinvestment and capacity building.
Balanced Business Model Supporting Long-Term Growth
While commercial work continues to drive revenue, the company maintains a dual focus through its retail showroom, which provides design-led interior solutions to residential clients. This balanced model allows Aquarius Interiors to leverage design expertise across both domestic and commercial markets.
Looking Ahead
With a strong pipeline of international marine projects and continued opportunities in the UK hospitality sector, Aquarius Interiors is well-positioned for further growth in 2026.
Founder Warren Offer commented: “This has been a landmark year for the business. Our commercial division, particularly in the marine sector, has grown significantly, and our investment in facilities means we are now set up to deliver even larger projects globally.”
