We utilise CNC profile machinery to ensure accuracy and consistency for the conversion of Reflex, CM, and Vasco memory foam.

Complex or simple fabrications are expertly undertaken to produce components for comfort and industrial markets.

Reflexion seating and bedding components are available for increased user comfort through improved body posture and weight redistribution for healthcare and contract use with pressure and infrared heat mapping technology available for product testing.

We also produce fibre-fill and unique FIRA Gold award Primalux foam and feather blend cushions.
